Session Time Limiters. Establish session time limits to control how long you play at one sitting. Choose from 1-12 hours, helping you maintain balance between gaming and other aspects of life.

Reality Checks. Our reality check system will alert you every 30 minutes with a notification showing the amount of time spent playing and your net losses since opening the game session. This helps prevent prolonged gaming sessions that may lead to problems.

Time-Outs. Take a temporary break from gaming by suspending access to your account for up to 90 days. This option is accessible in the "Responsible Gaming" menu and allows you time to reassess your behavior without losing access to our services entirely.

Permanent Self-Exclusion. If you believe problem gambling has become an issue, we offer a permanent self-exclusion option that cannot be reversed for at least 5 years. This ensures that individuals struggling with addiction can't easily re-enter gaming environments that may trigger further problems.

Account Closure and Cooling Off Periods

To ensure responsible closure of your account:

• Upon successful termination of access, you have 24 hours for any withdrawal requests before the process begins.
